homemade pizza with chicken, oven roasted tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, bbq sauce, pineapple...mmm, I might go eat some leftovers now.

Brian Mulroney

I saw a picture of Brian Mulroney in the paper the other day and it reminded me of the day that I met him. I was at a Shoppers Drug Mart close to Union Station. As I stood in line I noticed that the man behind me looked familiar. Yes, you guessed it, it was our former prime minister. Before I knew it, the words were out of my mouth "Hey, are you Brian Mulroney?" Then I noticed that clutched in his hand was a package of Imodium. And so, because I didn't want to hurt Brian's feelings I took his hand in mine and pretended that he wasn't bum sick. It was a beautiful moment. I wonder if he has written about it in his blog.
