Once again at the pool. The kids had their lessons today. The lesson ended with each of them receiving a progress report. Michael is three. He's in the Bobber class. These are the comments written about him:
"Michael demonstrates respect towards his fellow classmates.
Michael is doing well at his floats.
Michael would benefit from blowing bubbles when kicking.
Michae has improved the most at kicking."

Wow, impressive, right? That's a lot of words about swimming. I think that my entire kingergarten report card may have been shorter than that....."Grace needs to stop talking with her imaginary friend. She can count to 10."

Maybe I need to raise my standards. I'm just thrilled when he doesn't call his very nice teacher, Kevin, a 'meany tupid.'
